James Helm is a personal injury attorney and Of Counsel with Santini Law. Attorney Helm was born and raised in Media, Pennsylvania and attended Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania. Attorney Helm graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School and cum laude from Rutgers School of Business. During law school, Helm had the opportunity to intern for Judge Jerome Simandle, Chief Judge for the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Later, he spent a full scholastic year as an intern for Judge L. Felipe Restrepo at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. These experiences, along with a clerkship at a large Philadelphia insurance defense law firm, left him convinced that he wanted to dedicate his life advocating for victims of tragic accidents. James Helm is proud of his community service, including participating in community initiatives to combat the opioid epidemic. Attorney Helm received his Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and remains a proud supporter of the Penn State Nittany Lions.
